Living Strong

Living Strong encourages participants to explore various components of wellbeing: physical, mental, environment, spiritual, and getting your paperwork in order (see Planning for the Unexpected). 

Living Strong means:

    • We live a high-quality life, are in control of our life and decisions, and are willing to make changes when necessary.
    • In order to live long, healthy, happy and fulfilled lives, we need to keep our body, mind, and spirit healthy.
